Rep Program FAQ

How does the rep program work?

By joining the program, you will receive your very own horse and rider portrait session to tell the story of you and your horse along with a couple of other sessions. (See the full list here.) Spread the word about Sweet Fresno Photography to your friends and encourage them to book their own session. You can use images from your welcome session to help spread the word. For every friend that books, you earn something! This can be things to add to your session like professional hair and makeup, a floral garland, or more time. You can also earn print products for your session like albums, canvas wraps, and prints.

How many referrals do I need to send to earn something?

Items require anywhere from 1-2 referrals. For example, if you have three friends book a session, you can “cash-in” your referrals for a floral garland to add to your shoot and a $100 print credit to go towards an album. Do I have to pay to be in the program?

Yes, there are two payments of $250 to be in the program. You are receiving three shoots plus other items like holiday cards, discounts on additional sessions, and priority booking for a heavily discounted price. A normal one hour session costs $550. For the program, you are receiving 3 shoots (a total of 2 hours) for $500.

What kind of sessions can I get a discount on through the program?

By becoming a member of the rep program, you will receive 15% off any session you book outside of what the program offers for the entire school year. This includes family sessions, prom sessions, sunflower minis in the fall, and fine art portrait sessions. You will also receive priority booking for mini sessions with limited spots such as sunflower field shots (you can bring your horse!) and prom sessions. When can I book my one hour horse and rider session?

As soon as the full payment has been made, we can book your session. If you would like to go ahead and schedule for the fall, we can get you on the calendar! If you would rather wait until spring so you have time to earn things like a garland or more time, that is fine too!
